Elliott Eggs Ltd have used the services of PHS and associated labs for many years for our laying farms salmonella testing.  In recent years with the increased amount of regular testing for the BEIC Lion Code, all salmonella testing is now undertaken by Newbridge Scientific.  This includes samples from laying farms, environmental swabs from the packing centre, water testing and testing of eggs from all our producers on a regular basis.
