For samples queries, the laboratory reception is open from 9.00 to 5.00 Monday to Friday. Outside office hours, the phones are diverted to the on-call vet. The on-call vet can update clients on the status of urgent results.
Please note that the out of hours line is for emergencies and therefore we would ask clients not to ring out of hours for routine test results.
